Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality, persuasive, and original copy for various platforms including websites, social media, press releases, email campaigns, advertisements, and more.
 - Write clear, concise, and engaging content that adheres to the company's tone and style guidelines.
 
Campaign Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to create content strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
 - Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for marketing and promotional campaigns.
 
Editing and Proofreading:
- Review and edit content created by junior copywriters and other team members to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality.
 - Ensure all written materials are error-free and meet the highest standards of quality.
 
Brand Voice and Messaging:
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s voice and messaging across all communications.
 - Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and messaging guidelines.
 
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
 - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
 
Client Interaction:
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective copy. Present and pitch ideas to clients and stakeholders.
 
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content and campaigns.
 - Use insights and analytics to optimize and improve future content.
 
Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure all content complies with legal requirements and industry standards.
 - Address and resolve any copyright or plagiarism issues.
 
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
 - Proven experience as a Copywriter or in a similar role.
 - Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
 - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
 - Creative thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
 - Knowledge of industry trends and emerging media platforms.
 - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
 - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
 - Experience in the Media and PR industry.
 - A portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and content types.
 - Strong experience with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
 - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
